Ledyard Fire Company responded to a car vs motorcycle accident in front of Holdridges Farm Nursery. Automatic Mutual Aid was provided by Gales Ferry Fire Company, they responded with an engine and rescue. Motorcycle patient was treated by Ledyard Ambulance EMT's and Assistant Chief Jeff Gaccione. Patient was turned over for transport at 1225 hrs. Paramedic Medic 11 arrived on scene shortly before arrival. Patient was transported to L&M Hospital. Patient in car was not injured and signed a refusal of service.
